Life Rules: 1. Dream more while you’re awake. 2. Smile as often as possible. It is the ultimate anti-depressant. 3. Invest your energy in the positive present moment. Don’t waste your energy on thoughts that are negative or from the past, gossip or energy vampires. 4. Take a 25 minute walk every day. 5. You are responsible for your own happiness. It is not up to anyone else. 6. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and less food manufactured in plants. 7. Make “you time” for at least 10 minutes a day to sit in silence. 8. Get more sleep. DVR your TV shows and watch them at your leisure. 9. Spend time with people under the age of 5 and over the age of 65. 10. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat healthy foods like blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds and walnuts. 11. Clear clutter from your home, your office and your car to make space for fresh new and flowing energy in your life. 12. Smile and laugh more . It will help to keep the energy vampires away. 13. Life is too short to hold onto resentments or waste time hating anyone. 14. Don’t take yourself so seriously. (Would you treat others the same way you treat yourself?) 15. Agree to disagree. You don’t have to win every argument. 16. Don’t compare your life to other peoples’ lives. You have no idea what their journey is all about. 17. Forgive everyone for everything. 18. What other people think of you is none of your business. 19. However good or bad a situation is, it will change. 20. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch. 21. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful. 22. Do the right thing for the right reasons. 23. Call your family often and let them know how much you care. 24. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am grateful for __________. 25. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed
