How do I create an account?
Before you can start bidding you need to create an account. You can create an account by going to the homepage and clicking on 'Register' in the top right corner. Fill in your first name, e-mail address, and password. You will receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox shortly.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Oh no! If you forgot your password just go to the login page, fill in the e-mail address you used to register with. Click on 'Forgot Password'. You will receive an e-mail with a link to change your password. If it doesn't work or you didn't receive an e-mail, please contact our customer care service. You can fill in the contact form or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
How do I delete my account?
We hate to see you go! Are you sure you want to delete your account? If you want to permanently delete your account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email from us to confirm your deregistration. Important: When you permanently delete your account, you will have to register again to be able to bid on auctions.
How can I edit my address information?
Would you like to change your address? Log in with your registered email address and password. Click on your name and go to 'Settings'. Click on your information and change your address information.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?
Want to stay up-to-date with all the latest auctions and exciting deals? Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page or go to your personal account. To unsubscribe go to the bottom of the newsletter and click on ‘Click here’. You can also unsubscribe by unchecking the box in your personal Fashiolista account.
I subscribed to the newsletter but I have not received it?
If you did subscribe but didn’t receive our newsletter, please contact our Customer Service through the contact form or through email@example.com.

What payment methods does Fashiolista offer?
You can pay through several payment methods on Fashiolista.

With iDEAL, you can order and pay easily and securely online.
- Choose iDEAL for your payment method
- Select your bank
- Confirm your payment through the secure method of internet banking
- You will be automatically redirected to the payment page of your bank where you will find your payment order
- Your payment will be processed
Creditcard (Visa and Mastercard)
You can also pay for your order in a trusted way in our secure environment with your credit card. Important: if you choose credit card as your payment method a 2% transaction fee will be added to your total amount.
Can I cancel an auction that I have won?
If you want to cancel a product that you have won, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or send us a message on Facebook or through our chat.
Are there any hidden costs?
At Fashiolista we clearly state any additional cost for each auction. With all auctions, the cost of shipping and the auction is stated. So there will be no additional charges during the checkout process.
Is there a warranty on the products?
At Fashiolista we care about our products and we, therefore, make every effort possible to deliver our products in top condition. Nevertheless, it may occur that a product is damaged during delivery or that another event occurs that makes you eligible for warranty. Legally you are obligated to make a report to us within two months after the defect occurred. If the defect is within the warranty we will make every effort to replace or repair the product free of charge. To come to a solution in a timely manner it is recommended to mention the order number and photos of the product.
Can I bid using my smartphone?
Yes, you can! Smartphones are very popular and used a lot. You can visit fashiolista.com on your phone and bid on all auctions.
Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping cost?
The shipping cost may differ per auction but are always clearly stated with each product.
What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time varies per product but is always clearly stated. Once your special has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Of course, you can follow the status of your order in your account under ‘Won Auctions'. For big packages, you will receive a track and trace code. You will not receive a track and trace code for standard letter post.
I placed an order but haven't received anything yet?
Please check if the address information you have given is correct. If all information is correct and has the set time to delivery commenced then please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com.

Can I return my order?
When a product does not live up to your expectations, you can use your right of withdrawal. After receiving your product you have 14 days time to return the product without reason. Click here for the return process. Please note: Vintage items, make up, earrings and ear plugs can NOT be returned, unless the product is different than the shown pictures.

Click on 'I have a discount code' while paying for your product. Fill in the code and click apply. The total price will change automatically to the right amount.
What are the terms and conditions to use the vouchers/discount codes?
The vouchers and discount codes are personal and can't be exchanged. You can use up to 1 code per order. When you return your order, the discount will be lost.
