How do I delete items from my profile?
Just press the “You love it” heart again and the item will be “unloved”.  

I have a comment/remarks about the website, who can I contact?
Great! We love feedback! You can email feedback@fashiolista.com.  

The bookmarklet doesn't work at my favorite shop, what now?
If the bookmarklet doesn't work at a specific shop, our team is notified automatically. We'll get to work straight away and try to support your shop in the future!  

How do I become a top fashiolista?
Everyone can become a top fashiolista! When people like your finds and start following you, you'll rise to the top automatically!  

How do items get on the frontpage?
The frontpage has two sections with fashion items: 'Fashion favourites' & 'Popular finds'. The items in the first section are chosen by our team of style editors. They search all of Fashiolista to find the most fashionable items. The 'Popular finds' are chosen based on the number of times they were 'loved' in the last 3 days. Here the most popular items will rise to the top.  

Why would I add tags?
Tags are words that describe the item you love or find, like the color or designer. With good tags other fashiolistas will be able to find your fashionfinds and spread the love much easier!  

Can I add my fashion finds to my own blog?
Yes! We have a very easy tool to help you, called a "widget". Click here to read more.

How do I make 'lists' of items on Fashiolista?

How do I change my email address?
Visit your settings page. You will need your password to change the email address.  

How do I delete my account?
We don't have a delete button on Fashiolista yet... someone might accidently press it and delete all their precious finds! If you don't want to receive our emails anymore go to your settings page. If you really want to delete your account, then please use the Feedback button.

How can I log into the iPhone App with my Facebook account?
We're working on an update that will let you login with facebook in the App too. Untill then use: the password reset page and fill in the email address connected to your facebook account. You will receive instructions on how to reset your Fashiolista password (don't worry, your facebook password won't change). After you've set your password you can use it to login to the app with it!
